Accepted abstracts will be published in the JBCS (an indexed-journal)
Winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places (for both poster and oral presentations) will be offered the opportunity to submit extended abstracts. All other accepted submissions will be published as regular abstracts.

Abstract Collection (Special Issue) – All accepted abstracts will be compiled into a single PDF file and published as a Special Issue on the JBCS website.

Extended Abstracts (Special Issue) – This option allows winners to submit an abstract accompanied by one figure or table, enabling the inclusion of preliminary data. These will be indexed by Google Scholar, increasing visibility.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTER
General Specifications:
Orientation : Portrait
Size : 110.7 cm (height) x 62.3 cm (width)
Language : English only
Font Size : Minimum 16 pt (readable)
Format : PDF
Submission : Email to persatuanppkakedah@gmail.com starting 1 March 2025
Content Requirements:
Title : Place the title of your paper at the top of the poster.
Author Information: Include the paper’s title, authors’ names (underline the presenting author), poster ID (top left corner), and logo/photo (top right corner).
Conference Logo: All posters MUST include the official conference logo.
Structure: Organize the poster to be self-explanatory, covering important material from your accepted extended abstract.
Suggested sections include:

Title of Initiative/Project
-
Background/Rationale
-
Objectives: General and specific
-
Methodology: Summarized description of intervention (how, what, who, where, and when)

Outcomes: Discussion of whether the initiative achieved its intended objectives.
Standardized Template: All posters MUST use the standardized background template
Color Scheme: Participants may select the color scheme, ensuring all text remains visible.
Note: This e-poster should visually and concisely communicate the key aspects of your research or project, as detailed in your accepted extended abstract. Adherence to these guidelines is essential for successful presentation.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTER
To ensure a smooth and engaging conference experience, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your oral presentation:
Language: All presentations, including presentation materials, must be delivered and communicated in English.
Presentation Time: Each presenter will have 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 5-minute question-and-answer session. Please be mindful of your time, as presentations cannot exceed 10 minutes. Session chairs will provide time warnings at 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
Presentation Format:

Presentations must be prepared using PowerPoint slides (.pptx format).

Please ensure your slides are in a 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen format). This can be adjusted under the "Design" tab and "Slide Size" option in PowerPoint.

For a 10-minute presentation, we recommend preparing approximately 10-15 slides, with a maximum of 20 slides.
Backup Copy: Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB stick or send it to your email as a precautionary measure.
